I read the article. Perhaps I was too vague. Vertical farming specifically, under controlled facilities - where you control the climate, temperature. With vertical farming you use 99% less space. I think it could be a solid solution for a place like Egypt. You can control and maximize water efficiency - the benefits are worth looking at and understanding.

If you understood what I meant and I am being repetitive, I'd be interested to know why that wouldn't be enough for Egypt.
